Meditation sessions are non-scripted 60-90 minutes sessions that follow a path of intuition and insights provided to the student or chela by various Guides.
Knowledge of tools and techniques that assist the student on their journey into Oneness is shared with the student whose goal is Truth and Self-Realization. Relaxation, stress reduction and healing are by-products of meditation not the goal. Commitment to the pursuit of Truth is all that is required.
